You can send messages to our clinical team via the RefVet Portal by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Messages section
- Click the 'Send New Message' button
- Select the Patient
- Select whether the message is in reference to a specific visit. If so, select the visit.
- Select which service to send the message to. Note that not all services are currently active in the Portal.
- Enter the subject and body of your message.
- Optionally include one or more attachments.
- Click the 'Send Message' button.
Your message will be routed to the clinician and/or service coordinator. You should expect a reply within a few days.
Please do not send email correspondence for any emergency situations.
